26 year old St Louis area woman wanted to look like an adult woman instead of a 13 year old boy! She wanted a natural but very full look, sexy not fat, large but not comical or obscene and she still wanted to be able to exercise and not have issues with back pain or not being able to work out strenuously.
Dr Koo listened to her wishes during many consultations and looked at photographs together for the patient’s “perfect world” breasts focussing on the shape as well as the size. Dr Koo understands that it is not only about size, the shape is sometimes even more important.
The after pictures are taken at 6 weeks and still show a mild amount of swelling and the implants are still sitting very slightly high. In another month, the breasts will look softer and more natural but still very sexy and full.
