48 year old woman who was told she needed a breast lift to achieve the breasts she desired came to Dr Koo for another opinion. Dr Koo used an inframammary (under the breast) incision and an under the muscle placement of a high profile 375cc silicone implant. The resultant breasts are gently sloped, lifted, reshaped and lifted off the chest wall to achieve a full, yet balanced natural look.
