48 year old woman who was told she needed a breast lift to achieve the breasts she desired came to Dr Koo for another opinion. A breast lift was achieved with breast augmentation surgery using implants only. Dr Koo did not perform a surgical lift with additional scars. Dr Koo used an inframammary (under the breast) incision and an under-the-muscle placement of a high-profile 375cc silicone breast implant. The resultant breasts are gently sloped, lifted, reshaped and lifted off the chest wall to achieve a full, yet balanced natural look.
