5′ 8″ male to female transgender patient. She desired a body that matched her gender identity with full yet natural looking and feeling breasts. Dr Koo used a inframammary incision, sub-muscular placement of a high profile 400cc silicone breast implant.
The patient feels much more at peace with her gender identity and much more comfortable in clothes. She is shown 3 months after surgery with the inframmary scars still slightly visible. This should continue to fade with time.
